When it comes to customer support, having a well-established infrastructure is a critical factor in not only keeping the lines of communication open, but also helping to foster long-term relationship with customers.

At the foundation of our customer support system is Service Innovation Council having Account sales manager, Franchise operation manager, Human resource manager as members. It collects feedback from workers at site and customers in order to take timely action. And the instances are to be reflected to the training curriculum to prevent possible complaints.
